משרד עורכי דין אלירם אלגרבלי רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל הגולשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים כדי שאתר זה יהיה נגיש ונוח לשימוש עבור מרב המשתמשים, ללא תלות בטכנולוגיה שבה הם משתמשים.

רמת הנגישות באתר

אתר זה תוכנן ונבנה תוך שאיפה לעמוד בהוראות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013, ובהתאם להמלצות התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמת התאמה AA.

מה נעשה באתר

בין היתר יושמו: מבנה כותרות סמנטי והיררכי תקין; אפשרות ניווט והפעלה באמצעות מקלדת; טקסט חלופי (alt) לתמונות; ניגודיות צבעים קריאה בין הטקסט לרקע; התאמה מלאה למסכים ולמכשירים ניידים; ותמיכה בהגדלת הטקסט באמצעות הדפדפן ללא פגיעה במבנה.

מגבלות ידועות

על אף מאמצינו, ייתכן שיימצאו באתר חלקים או תכנים שטרם הונגשו במלואם, או תכנים של צד שלישי שאינם בשליטתנו. אנו ממשיכים לפעול לשיפור הנגישות באופן שוטף.

The law office of Adv. Eliram Elgarably places great importance on providing equal, accessible service to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to make this website accessible and convenient for as many users as possible, regardless of the technology they use.

Level of Accessibility

This website was designed and built striving to comply with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 5773-2013, and in line with the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA.

What Has Been Implemented

Among other measures: semantic, properly structured headings; keyboard navigation and operation; alternative text (alt) for images; readable color contrast between text and background; full adaptation to mobile screens and devices; and support for browser text enlargement without breaking the layout.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts or content on the site may not yet be fully accessible, or may include third-party content outside our control. We continue to work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.
